Quote & order terms
The short version. Your quote document carries the full terms.
- Estimates. Prices on this site are estimates. A quote becomes firm only after we confirm live supplier rates for your exact configuration.
- Quote validity. Firm quotes are valid for 3 days because component prices change quickly.
- Payment. Orders are paid in full before we order parts, by wire, ACH, card or prepaid purchase order.
- Price changes. If a supplier withdraws or raises a price before we place our order, we requote; you can accept the new price or cancel for a full refund.
- Cancellation. Once parts are ordered for your system, the order is non-cancellable.
- Warranty. Each component is covered by its manufacturer’s warranty. Innfuse does not offer its own warranty.
- Technical support. Technical and engineering guidance is provided by our AI assistant in the site chat. It is best-effort, can be wrong, and is not a guarantee of fitness or results; verify before acting. Hardware faults are handled under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Export. Some GPU systems are export-controlled. We screen every order and may need an end-use statement before quoting.
